What to Expect

You may feel excited to get started or you may feel really nervous and apprehensive. Whatever you are feeling, it is totally normal. We understand how much courage it takes to begin the therapy journey or to switch to a new therapist. We will meet you where you are at.

1. Call, text or email for a complimentary consultation to learn how we can help support you.

We are very timely in our responses so expect to hear back from us within the same day, if not within the same hour.

2. We meet for a consultation, either through zoom or phone, your choice! We can answer any questions you may have and learn about you and your goals. We make sure that it feels like a really good fit to both of us.
3. We will schedule a session. During the first session we will begin to develop our therapeutic relationship. You will begin to share what you are struggling with, explore and identify your goals and begin creating a plan to achieve them.
